To accept the impermanence of life is to accept everything you love or hate, everything you’re working on, and even yourself is (1) in a constant state of change and (2) temporary. This mindset is how I navigate my life’s journey.

In play this looks like: Introspecting. Yapping. YOLO-ing. My latest adventure was traveling solo to Europe for the first time to meet up with 30 strangers at a yoga and wellness retreat.

In work this looks like: Questioning. Exploring. Distilling. I use compassionate persistence to unearth layers of understanding, aiming to hit a core truth. Once discovered, I work to reground that truth in relevance and resonance.
